can you give me some patterns in plucking the guitar

here is one of the common pattern.....The 1st, 2nd and 3rd string corresponds to ring, middle and index finger respectively. While the thumb plays the 4th-6th string. ...you can also use a tremolo effect by plucking the same string ( any string from...1st - 3rd string) with respect to your 3 fingers while the thumb running the rest of the string....

If you are tired(bored)in plucking ....Try to listen to Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, John Petrucci, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Yngwie Malmsteen, Ritchie Blackmore, Paul Gilbert, Randy Rhoads, Van halen, Luca Turilli, Zakk Wylde....
