what does ... F#m / D / Bm / E F#m / D / Bm / E F#m G#/E / A D / C# how can i read this ....it's not like the normal tabs with numbers ..... this song is from europe's final countdown intro please help

those are the notes. F#m=F sharp minor Bm=B minor I am not certain, this confuses me too...Im pretty sure these are all chords... When they just say "D" or "B" and dont specify what kind of chord it is, it usually means its a major chord...so if it says "B chord", it means a B major, or Bmaj. got it yo?
