Question

What do the x's and o's mean? Do you always only hit the bottom 5 strings, or does some "strumming" require you hit less strings?

The x's and o's are simply telling you what strings to hit and what not to hit in the strum. x's - don't strum, o's - strum (it's an open note). Hope this helps!
