E5 is a power chord on the 7th fret, and is seen like this: e|---- B|---- G|-9-- D|-9-- A|-7-- E|---- use your index finger across the 7th fret to reach the 5th string, and use your 3rd finger across the 9th fret.

It can also be played fingering the same as an eminor and only playing the top three strings E-0 A-2 D-2
