Does it matter which fingers you play chords with or are the finger placing there for a reason???(i am finding it easier to use the fingers were they feel best!)

Just place them wherever you can play them best...the suggested fingerings are there because that is the easiest way for most people to play that cord and to transist to other cords.

Sara, It is best to go with what is easier for now... If you will be playing guitar and writing music years from now maby take 4 or 5 lessons from a pro... technique can build speed and dexterity needed for great playing. If you just want to strum, think of the old days... who told them how to play, they did what they felt and what was easy!
