Question

Asked by Molly on 2001-01-06
on some of the music where it just says the chord names above the lyrics, there is a chord, a slash, and then another chord (ex. Gsus2/F) What does this mean, and how do i play it?? Thanks.

hi molly, the /F means that one of the notes in the chord Gsus2 has been substituted for the F note, thereby giving a different tonal quality. hope this answers your question.
