How do I tune down a 1/2 step if I do not have a guitar tuner and have to do it manually?

Sorry dude...Have to go by ear. If you can hear a full step down, then just tune it down enough so it sounds really tense (as in you feel it needs to go down more).

u tune all the string a fret below check it tune the E string at the 6 fret to the open A then when it sound the same tune the A string at the 6 fret to the open D then when it sound the same tune and so on so on the result E flat tuning wicked
