What does "Asus," "Csus," mean? How do you figure them out?

The sus means that the third tone of the scale is raised one step. C chord is CEG therefore Csus is composed of CFG and Asus is composed of ADE wher the D is the third C# raised one step. There is a nice chor finder on the net http://www.chordfind.com/ which is helpful with the fingersettings and the naming of the chords
